Yaro Buildz is a general contractor based in Elverta, CA, working with homeowners across Sacramento, Elk Grove and the surrounding communities. We built this business on a simple idea: most homes need a range of work over the years, and most people would rather call one crew they trust than track down a new stranger for every job. House remodeling one year, a fence line the next, a list of small repairs somewhere in between. Same crew, same standard, every time.

One Crew, Seven Trades

Most contractors specialize in one thing. We built Yaro Buildz to cover the work a home actually needs across its life. That means remodeling, drywall, painting, flooring, fencing, general repairs and handyman work all handled under one contractor. A kitchen remodel and a leaning fence post are very different jobs, but they come from the same place: a homeowner who wants it done right and wants to stop thinking about it. As a general contractor, we manage the crew, the materials and the schedule so you are not the one holding it all together.

We Show Up

When we say we will be there, we are there. A missed appointment is the first sign of a contractor who will be hard to reach once the deposit clears, and we do not operate that way.

We Put It in Writing

Scope, materials and timeline, written down before the work starts. You know what you are getting and what it costs before anyone picks up a tool.

We Respect the House

These are homes people are living in while we work. Floors get covered, dust gets contained, and the space gets cleaned up at the end of the day, not the end of the job.

We Finish the List

The small stuff at the end of a project is where a lot of contractors disappear. We work the punch list until it is actually done and you have signed off on it.

Our Simple 4-Step Process

Step 1. Talk It Through

Call, text, or send photos of the space. We ask what you are actually trying to accomplish and what your budget looks like before suggesting anything, because the answer changes the recommendation.

Step 2. Walk the Site

We come out, take measurements, and look at what is going on behind the surfaces where we can. Anything you should know before the scope gets written down, you hear about it here.

Step 3. Scope and Schedule

You get the work, the materials and the timeline in writing. Nothing begins until you have read through it and agreed to it. No verbal handshakes on the details that matter.

Step 4. Build and Clean Up

We do the work, keep you updated as it moves along, and leave the space clean. The final walkthrough happens with you there, and the job is not finished until you say it is.
