Do you take small jobs, or only large projects?

Both. A whole home remodel and a two hour repair visit get the same crew and the same standard. A lot of homeowners call us the first time about something small, then come back for the big project once they know how we work.

Projects and Timelines

Do I need to move out during a remodel?

Usually not. Most kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects are done with the family still in the house. We seal off the work area, keep dust contained, and clean up at the end of each day.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends entirely on scope. A drywall repair might be a single visit, while a whole home remodel runs weeks. You get a realistic timeline in writing before we start, and we tell you at the time if anything changes it.

Will a drywall patch be visible after painting?

It should not be. Texture matching is the difference between a repair you can spot across the room and one you cannot find at all. We match the surrounding texture before any primer goes on.

Do you clean up after the work is done?

Every day, not just at the end. Floors covered, debris hauled out, the space left livable. The final walkthrough happens with you there, and the job is not finished until you sign off.

What happens if something comes up mid-project?

No. We stay within our scope: remodeling, drywall, painting, flooring, fencing, repairs and handyman work. If a project needs electrical or plumbing, we tell you upfront and point you toward a licensed specialist.

Can you match existing paint, texture, or flooring?

In most cases, yes. Whether it is blending a drywall repair in Sacramento CA into an existing wall or matching a floor in one room to the rest of the house, matching the existing finish is part of doing the job right.

Do you install luxury vinyl plank and other modern flooring?

Yes. Luxury vinyl plank, laminate, tile, carpet and hardwood, including refinishing when the original boards are worth saving. Subfloor prep and leveling are part of the work, not an add-on surprise.

What kinds of fencing do you build?
